To move around the museum independently
To make it easier for visually impaired visitors to move around the museum, tactile maps in relief and in Braille are available at the ticket office and on map stands on the various levels of the Palais and at the junction between the Cube and the Oratory Chapel.
The museum's elevators are equipped with protruding buttons translated into Braille, audio announcements and voice synthesis.
Guide dogs are permitted.

To ensure visitor safety, the Musée d'arts de Nantes applies the preventive measures laid down by the government for cultural establishments open to the public. Changing rooms
We advise you not to bring bulky luggage, suitcases or bags. The museum does, however, provide lockers and checkrooms for groups.
Please note that items larger than 55cm x 35cm x 20cm are not allowed inside the museum.
