Exhibitions

The Musée d'arts de Nantes devotes its major exhibition 2025 to the representation, sensibility and imagination of rain that emerged at the end of the 18^th century. A literary subject, an object of scientific study, tamed by city-dwellers in modernized cities, rain became a motif for painters, photographers, filmmakers and contemporary artists alike.
