The Metropolitan Fund for Culture
The FMC is the link between the Musée d'arts and its patrons. Its aim is to support cultural heritage projects in the 24 communes of the Nantes metropolitan area. It enables companies to commit to financing projects of general interest, thanks to the sponsorship scheme.

Friends of the Museum
The Friends of the Musée d'arts de Nantes have been contributing to the city's cultural development since 1919. They support the museum's activities and help to raise its public profile.
They contribute to the enrichment of the collections, with a particular focus on contemporary art, especially in the region.
To date, the Friends of the Museum have donated over 300 works to the museum.
They also promote the visual arts, support creative work and work to bring artists closer to individuals and businesses. With le Clou, they enable talented young artists to present their work in the stimulating setting of l'Atelier à Nantes, and to meet a variety of audiences.
Membership gives you free access to the museum, and enables you to take part in private viewings, guided tours of works, lectures, meetings with artists in their studios, the discovery of Nantes' architectural heritage, and outings and trips organized by the Friends.
