The Musée d'arts de Nantes is happy to see you in the best possible conditions, with health measures and specific adjustments to ensure your safety and the one of the museum co-workers.

The journey in the museum, which spans over 7000 square metres, enables social distancing between visitors.
Signs have been placed around the museum to guide visitors and avoid overcrowding

Instructions for the visit

 

  • We advise you to buy your ticket Online and show it printed or dowloaded on your phone, with a valid proof in case of a reduced or free ticket.

 

  • If you want to buy your ticket at the museum ticket office, choose contactless payment with your credit card, and bring your valid proof of reduced or free entrance.

 

 

  • It is strongly recommended to come with small bags as the lockers are closed due to the health crisis. Suitcases, luggages, items and umbrellas are not allowed in the museum. Entrance via security control is obligatory so please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and delay which may be caused by the extra security checks at the entrance.

 

  • For sanitary and safety reasons, visitors will be required to wear a mask in all the museum (compulsory from the age of 11).

 

  • Wash your hands regularly.

 

  • Social distancing rules and preventive measures must be respected in the museum. Keep at least 1 meter away from others.

 

  • Follow the directions to avoid overcrowding and choose the stairs.

Tickets

Reservations for workshops, guided tours and concerts, as well as tickets, are available at our online ticketing service.

In order to reduce your waiting time on site, we advise you to come from 11am to 2pm or after 4.30pm.
Reservations are not possible by phone.
